Andriana has embraced education since the day she arrived in this country. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Marketing and a Master's in Business Administration, both from the University 

of Central Florida. She also completed her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Cooley Law School, Western Michigan University. Adriana has been recognized by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) as one of the TOP 250 Latino Agents in the U.S., selling over 1500 homes and $300 million of real estate volume in the last five years. Adriana has climbed from #48 with 120 home sales in 2011 to #3 Latino Agent in the U.S. with 220 deals in 2016. In addition, Adriana is the chair of the Latino Diversity Council of the Five Star Federation of REO Certified Experts (FORCE).

Over the last 18 years, she has acquired many residential income properties and has successfully managed and developed real estate. She has personally worked on hundreds of rental properties for her clients and is an expert in real estate property management and customer service.
